THE TYPE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We currently collect and process the following information:

• Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)
• Addresses relating to booked appointments
• Addresses relating to delivery of orders
• Veterinary and animal insurance details
• Emergency contact details
• Bank details for field booking and online store orders

HOW WE GET PERSONAL INFORMATION AND WHY WE HAVE IT

All of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To provide a dog walking service
• To provide a home visit service
• To provide a dog training service
• To provide a pet transport service
• To provide a secure field booking
• To provide products bought on our store

We use the information that you have given us in order to safely undertake any of the above services, and to do so with as much knowledge regarding you and your animals as is deemed necessary.

We may only share this information with individuals that will undertake the above services under LRS Dog Services.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information are:

• Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting LRS Dog Services.
• We have a contractual obligation.
• We need it to perform a public task.
• We have a legitimate interest.
• We need it to perform product deliveries.

HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your information is securely stored.

We keep all of the personal information noted on your service documents for the duration of the contract period. 

If you are an ad-hoc client, your information is stored indefinitely, until you notify LRS Dog Services that you wish to terminate the agreement permanently, and have your information destroyed.

We will then dispose of your information by removing all digital forms from our system, and shredding any physical documents.

If you are an online shop purchaser, your information is not stored by LRS Dog Services. Your address is securely stored on the host website's 'orders' section.

YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

• Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
• Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
• Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
• Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
• Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
• Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
